Description


We are a Series B, investor-backed vertical SaaS company building AI-powered solutions for a large, underserved industry. With strong product-market fit and rapid ARR growth, we are scaling our North American presence and strengthening our operating foundation.


We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Co-Founder & CEO.


This is a high-leverage role focused on solving the company’s most important strategic and operational challenges. You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and GTM to drive retention, improve execution, and build the internal systems that support the next phase of growth.


This is not an administrative role. It is a builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants meaningful ownership inside a scaling B2B SaaS company.



What You’ll Own


  • Diagnose and improve GRR and retention drivers across segments
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to refine qualification, onboarding, and renewal motions
  • Lead 0–1 cross-functional initiatives tied directly to ARR, expansion, and operational leverage
  • Build dashboards, frameworks, and operating cadence that increase executive visibility and accountability
  • Serve as connective tissue between North American GTM and global product/engineering teams
  • Translate strategy into execution across multiple business units



What We’re Looking For


  • 5+ years in strategy consulting, strategy & operations, or a true Chief of Staff role
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments
  • Working knowledge of GTM functions including Sales, CS, and Product
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments


Tier 1 consulting experience is a strong plus but not required.
