The Role

We’re seeking an Account Executive to help scale a high-velocity sales engine and convert strong early traction into consistent growth. You'll own the full sales cycle — working a robust existing pipeline while also developing strategic opportunities of your own.


In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to refine the ideal customer profile, enhance messaging, and shape the roadmap with market insights. We’re looking for someone excited to build, iterate, and help increase ACV—not just close deals.

Ideal candidates will have experience selling to startups and scale-ups, with the ability to flex into mid-market and enterprise. Bonus if you've brought a new category to market before — and are ready to do it again.


Your Mission 🚀

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Manage a pipeline of high-potential accounts across various industries
  • Partner with product and engineering to shape demos, solutions, and messaging
  • Build repeatable outbound strategies and early-stage sales playbooks
  • Deliver customer insights to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Help define key metrics and reporting as the team grows
  • Lay the groundwork for future AE and SDR hires by documenting and optimizing processes


Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably at a high-growth startup
  • Demonstrated success with outbound sales — scrappy, creative, and self-starting
  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technology
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Ownership mentality — you treat revenue, customers, and process like your own business
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented


Bonus Points For

  • Experience selling technical infrastructure (e.g., APIs, dev tools, ML platforms)
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay
  • A love for puzzles (or willingness to play a classic video game during onboarding 😄)
