Growth Marketing Manager


Remote – Canada or U.S.


A fast-growing SaaS company in the construction technology space is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale its digital acquisition engine. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll manage meaningful budget, run experiments, and directly influence pipeline growth.



The Role


You’ll run paid programs across Google and Meta, improve landing page performance, and manage the full funnel from click to customer. You’ll partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to understand lead quality and adjust campaigns for revenue impact. What You’ll Do


  • Own digital acquisition across Google and Meta
  • Build and test keyword strategies that expand reach and improve intent
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion paths across all digital properties
  • Analyze the full funnel from click → lead → opportunity → customer
  • Manage and scale a monthly paid media budget
  • Report on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution with clear insights



What You Bring


  • 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Deep experience running Google Ads (required)
  • Strong understanding of CRO, landing page performance, and funnel metrics
  • Analytical thinker with a bias toward action and independence
  • Bonus: experience marketing to non-technical or field-based industries

Compensation


  • $120–150K Base Salary + stock options
  • Fully remote
