It allows companies to build, deploy, and scale conversational business applications (CBAs) and intelligent virtual agents. Acting as a digital front layer, it boosts productivity, enhances the customer experience, and reduces app fatigue by streamlining operations.
With 250+ clients, 160+ global partners, and year-over-year growth that has doubled, they’re now expanding across the U.S. and looking to bring on a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive pipeline growth and build market presence
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into qualified pipeline
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns with personalized messaging
- Collaborate with AEs to define key accounts and territories
- Evangelize the brand and product using a value-based selling approach
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales activity records
- Build relationships with regional partners and system integrators
- Continuously test and improve outbound strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with the U.S. tech market and buying behavior
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluency in business English required
