Role: Head of Growth
Location: New York City (in-office, 5 days/week)

Our model combines the co-branded card distribution playbook pioneered by MBNA with modern fintech tooling à la Brex and Ramp—custom-built for verticals that have historically been overlooked, like HVAC, med spas, auto dealers, and independent pharmacies.
Through partnerships with trade associations, we offer tailored credit cards, deposit accounts, bill pay, and industry-specific financial tooling. Our ultimate vision: become the financial operating system and CFO suite for America’s real economy.
The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented Head of Growth to own new customer acquisition and build scalable growth systems across our core verticals. You’ll drive performance across key channels (email, direct mail, outbound, and more), introduce analytics and attribution discipline, and help scale Affiniti from $6M to $20M+ ARR on the path to Series B.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and wants to build a category-defining business from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own new customer acquisition end-to-end across core verticals (HVAC, auto dealers, med spas, and pharmacies)
- Hit monthly/quarterly application volume goals per vertical (e.g. 100+ per month per core vertical)
- Scale and optimize core channels: association emails, outbound, direct mail, phone, and more
- Build campaign-level attribution and analytics to track CAC by source, geography, and segment
- Develop growth hypotheses, test new channels, and implement high-leverage experiments
- Own and build foundational marketing systems and tooling (e.g. HubSpot, Lob, tracking sheets)
- Partner with engineering to implement growth tech infrastructure and campaign automation
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and customer success to align growth with broader GTM
About You
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from ~$5M to $20M+ at a startup or growth-stage company
- Data-obsessed and fluent in CAC, attribution, LTV, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
- Hands-on experience executing and optimizing omnichannel campaigns (esp. email + direct mail)
- Comfortable working with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), spreadsheets, and BI dashboards
- Experience selling into SMB owners or non-tech buyer personas strongly preferred
- A scrappy builder: you’ve created growth systems from scratch—not just inherited them
- Clear, structured communicator with an instinct for experimentation and iteration
- NYC-based and excited to work full-time in person (Affiniti operates in-office, 9am–9pm, M–F)
