Head of Marketing — Growth + Product (Series A AI Infrastructure Startup)

Location: Remote, with occasional (2/month) meet ups in San Francisco

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing who can blend strategy, storytelling, and execution. You’ll own the brand, demand engine, and go-to-market motion end to end. You’ll partner closely with the founders and sales to turn ICP insights into pipeline, launches, and growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build the marketing foundation and scale a small but mighty team.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead demand generation and growth strategy, owning pipeline targets and funnel metrics
  • Define ICPs, positioning, and messaging for both technical and executive buyers
  • Plan and run product launches, campaigns, and integrated marketing programs across web, social, and partner channels
  • Build sales enablement content (decks, battlecards, demo narratives, etc.)
  • Experiment with ABM, paid, and content-led campaigns to drive measurable growth
  • Track key metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel health) and report to the exec team weekly


What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)


  • A repeatable demand engine delivering high-quality pipeline
  • Clear ICP and messaging that accelerates enterprise and AI developer deals
  • A small internal or external team in place to scale execution


What We’re Looking For


  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in demand gen or growth roles
  • Proven track record owning pipeline and GTM strategy for enterprise or developer audiences
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving Series A environment
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and writing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and fluency in CRM / marketing ops tools


Bonus Points


  • Experience marketing to AI agent builders, developers, or API platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance messaging
