Marble needs a founding operator to help build the systems, playbooks, and tooling that will scale Success from hundreds to many thousands of active schools, while ensuring an efficient yet human-centric and empathetic partnership approach.

Marble Health | Founding Success Operations Lead

Role Summary:

As the Founding Success Lead, you will design and build the systems, processes, and playbooks that ensure schools love working with Marble and keep referring students over time. You’ll blend operational rigor with strong customer intuition to create scalable engagement journeys, retention triggers, and automation — while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Ops, and leadership to build the foundation of a scaled Success engine.

Work Environment:

New York; 3 days per week in-office (SoHo) with a scrappy, execution-focused, early-stage team comfortable with ambiguity (Success function is newly formed and scaling fast).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build the operating model for school success: engagement cadences, renewal/retention triggers, automated check-ins
  • Take ownership of early-stage, manual processes and turn them into scalable, efficient workflows
  • Create visibility through dashboards and reporting (operational + engagement + retention signals)
  • Partner with Sales on seamless handoffs and expansion motions; partner with Product on scalable support, work with clinical operations to deliver valuable mental health resources to schools and families
  • Design end-to-end counselor journeys so schools feel known, supported, and successful at scale


What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 4+ years in Operations-focused roles with 1+ years at a start-up. Business Ops, Revenue Ops, Customer Success Ops, Support Ops backgrounds are ideal.
  • Industry Knowledge: Mission-driven orgs, education-adjacent or healthcare-adjacent environments are a plus.
  • Technical & Strategic Skills: Systems/process building, workflow design, dashboarding + reporting, tooling selection, operational rigor; ability to turn messy problems into repeatable playbooks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong EQ, empathy, crisp communication, cross-functional collaboration, ownership mindset, thrives in ambiguity.
  • Bonus Points: Management Consulting or Finance + startup ops background combined 


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 base
