Founded by the team behind Headway, Marble Health is designed to support the mental health of youth. Marble Health partners with schools to deliver fast virtual therapy and accepts Medicaid and other common health insurance. Headquartered in NYC, the company is scaling rapidly after its Series A and now serves youth in multiple US states. Marble Health takes pride in its start-up oriented company values, which include Seeking True North, Earning Partner Trust Everyday, Go Where You’re Needed the Most and Watering the Plants (taking care of one another).
Marble Health at a Glance
Founded:
2023
Mission & Vision:
To massively increase early, preventative access to youth mental health care by embedding therapy into schools—no waitlists, in-network, and affordable for families while free for schools.
Funding:
Recent Milestones:
Traction:
ARR: $3M (0 → $3M in Year 1); targeting $8–9M this year
School adoption: 1000 schools signed up with 300+ engaged and actively referring students for therapy; ~20% MoM growth during the school year
Care delivery: Marble Health has proudly facilitated 30,000+ therapy sessions since launch
Opportunity:
Marble’s growth depends on more than signing up new schools — it depends on keeping existing partners actively engaged so they consistently refer more students over time to receive care with Marble. The Success function was only established in December 2025 and already supports ~250 active school accounts with thousands of school counselors and social workers at the core of these partnerships. Marble needs a founding operator to help build the systems, playbooks, and tooling that will scale Success from hundreds to many thousands of active schools, while ensuring an efficient yet human-centric and empathetic partnership approach.
