Enterprise Account Executive – Job Summary


We are seeking a proven Enterprise Account Executive (AE) with a track record of closing large, complex deals in enterprise organizations. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong executive presence, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across marketing, revenue, and finance functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive net-new revenue by closing enterprise deals at a minimum of $100K, with an ideal focus on $250K+ opportunities.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with $500M+ organizations, navigating multi-level approval processes.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed a $1.5M+ annual quota (after one-quarter ramp).
  • Build relationships with Marketing, Revenue, GTM leaders, and executive stakeholders including CMOs. CFOs, CEOs, and Presidents.
  • Sell and position solutions in the B2B Full Funnel AI/ Attribution/ Pipeline Predictions/ account intelligence / revenue technology space, comparable to platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, Marketo Measure, Segment and others.
  • Be willing to travel once a month to visit customers and prospects.
  • Execute a consultative sales process, uncovering customer pain points and driving clear ROI with a value-based selling approach.
  • This role will report to the VP of GTM.


Qualifications


  • Demonstrated success selling to C-level and VP-level executives across Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
  • Experience with long, complex deal cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in enterprise SaaS or revenue technology sales.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate the value of data-driven decision-making in GTM execution.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation/Attribution/Pipeline Intelligence/Buyer and account intelligence/CDP platforms and revenue analytics solutions preferred.


Compensation


  • Base Salary: $120-150K(based off experience)
  • OTE: $300K
