Role

Reducto is currently seeking a Founding Head of Sales to lead its sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand its market presence. The Founding Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing Reducto's sales strategy, identifying and prioritizing market segments, refining the value proposition, and establishing sales processes to drive predictable revenue.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • First 3 months: Operate as an IC to close deals as you assimilate to theproduct and selling motion, develop sales playbook, and refine go-to-market
  • strategy. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs andoptimize our sales approach.
  • Beyond 3 months: Build and lead a high-performing sales team. You'll bedirectly responsible for hiring, training, and managing AEs and SDRs while
  • establishing the systems and processes needed for scalable growth.
  • Partner closely with the founders as a key member of the founding leadershipteam, responsible for the GTM strategy and achieving revenue targets while
  • shaping product direction based on market feedback and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting, pipeline management, and
  • performance metrics to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Create and refine sales enablement materials, pricing strategies, andcompetitive positioning.
  • Play a key role in building culture as the company grows
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize market segments and refining the value proposition.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes to drive predictable revenue.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team.


What You Bring to the Table

Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of scaling revenue from $5M to $20M.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, and industries such as legal, finance, insurance, and healthcare where unstructured data/document ingestion is critical.

Technical & Strategic Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM systems (Addio used internally)
  • Strong forecasting and revenue operations muscle
  • Experience building outbound and inbound sales processes
  • Ability to create sales playbooks from scratch
  • Strong storytelling and value selling skills to technical buyers (e.g., VP
  • Eng, CDOs)

Soft Skills:

  • High sense of ownership and agency
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and hiring abilities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative environments

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in pre-Series A or Series A startups
  • Background in building teams from 0 → 1
  • Has worked in API-led sales motions and understands technical
  • enterprise selling
  • Strong network or past wins in similar verticals (document-heavy
  • industries
