About the Role
As a Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be on the front lines of our growth strategy—owning the full sales cycle with some of the world's largest and most influential companies. You’ll bring a consultative, technical approach to enterprise sales, combining your deep knowledge of the data infrastructure space with a knack for building trust and closing strategic deals.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape revenue and how our product and go-to-market evolve as we scale.
What You'll Do

Hunt & Close: Identify, engage, and close new enterprise opportunities—owning the sales cycle from first touch to signed contract.

Deep Discovery: Understand modern data teams' technical and business challenges and position our solution as a mission-critical component of their stack.

Strategic Engagement: Build and nurture executive relationships with stakeholders across data, engineering, and operations.

Solution Selling: Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to craft tailored demos, POCs, and rollout plans.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Be the voice of the customer internally—feeding insights back to product and influencing our roadmap.

Sales Excellence: Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecast accurately, and drive a repeatable and scalable sales motion.

Market Insight: Monitor trends in the data tooling ecosystem and provide competitive insights to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in data science, data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics platforms.
- Proven success closing complex, 6–7 figure deals with enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Fivetran, powerbi, tableau).
- Strong technical acumen—you can converse thoughtfully with data engineers and be comfortable diving into product details.
- Experience in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments—comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and rapid iteration.
- Top-notch communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Highly curious, self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
