They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with 3-5 years of experience in sales management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving performance, coaching account executives, and executing strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Identify opportunities to refine sales processes and improve efficiency.
Pipeline & Forecasting
- Oversee pipeline management and forecasting to ensure accurate and predictable revenue growth.
- Work closely with marketing to align lead-generation efforts with sales goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for scaling the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the customer journey.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure ongoing training and skill development.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the hiring and onboarding process for new sales team members.
Qualifications & Skills

3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to change.
Education & Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle management is a plus.
