We have partnered with the VP of Sales of a rapidly growing technology company revolutionizing home care through innovative solutions. Their platform empowers home care agencies with cutting-edge tools for billing automation, growth education, authorization management, and more.By streamlining agency operations with third-party payers like government healthcare programs and veteran services, we help enhance the quality of care for seniors, veterans, and underserved communities.


They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with 3-5 years of experience in sales management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving performance, coaching account executives, and executing strategies to exceed revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to refine sales processes and improve efficiency.


Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Oversee pipeline management and forecasting to ensure accurate and predictable revenue growth.
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead-generation efforts with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for scaling the team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the customer journey.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure ongoing training and skill development.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the hiring and onboarding process for new sales team members.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to change.


Education & Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle management is a plus.
