"Arintra automates medical coding with AI"

Arintra Raises $21M Series A to Expand Beyond Autonomous Medical Coding and Build the Future of Healthcare Revenue Assurance

Arintra | Principal PM

About:

At Arintra, we’re building the future of healthcare technology with AI-powered medical coding solutions that help providers streamline operations, improve documentation accuracy, and boost revenue. We're on the lookout for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to lead client onboarding, rollout planning and maintain long-term satisfaction and engagement.

Role Overview:

The Principal Product Manager – US will be the primary product interface for US customers and GTM/CS teams, translating complex revenue-cycle workflows into clear product strategy and shipped capabilities. This IC role will help Arintra evolve from best-in-class autonomous coding to a full revenue-assurance platform—owning discovery, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment for high-impact initiatives.

Reporting To:

Preeti Bhargava - Co-Founder & CTO

Work Environment:

US-remote with strong overlap to US time zones. Day-to-day collaboration spans US-based customers/GTM/CS and India-based core Product & Engineering.

Opportunity Highlights

Own the US product presence for a GenAI-native healthcare platform with 10x growth in 7 months.

Shape the roadmap beyond autonomous coding into denials prevention, documentation, and payer-aware revenue assurance.

Work directly with co-founders and health-system executives on complex, high-value use cases.

Clear growth path to Director of Product and building a US PM team in the next 12–18 months.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Make a Difference: Your work will directly impact how major health systems get paid, reduce denials, and lower patient billing pain.
  • Innovation & Challenge: You’ll build products at the intersection of GenAI, clinical documentation, and complex revenue-cycle rules.
  • Limitless Growth: Step in as the first senior US PM with a path to people leadership as the team scales.
  • Culture of Excellence: Join a lean, PhD-level AI founding team that values ownership, intellectual rigor, and bias to action.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for US customers and external stakeholders—joining discovery, QBRs, CABs, and industry events.
  • Partner with US GTM & Customer Success to align workflow needs, scope new capabilities, and translate customer language into clear requirements.
  • Represent the roadmap externally: run demos, set expectations, gather structured feedback, and feed it back into product planning.
  • Collaborate with a small US-based engineering pod on priority initiatives (~20% of eng bandwidth), while partnering deeply with India-based Product & Engineering on core platform work.
  • Ship 3–5 meaningful features in the first 90 days while ramping on domain and technical context.
  • Help shape scalable product processes (discovery, prioritization, specs, feedback loops) as Arintra grows its US footprint.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 5+ of experience in technical roles - with at least one experience as a PM; experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Healthcare / health-tech background strongly preferred; revenue cycle management and coding/RCM experience is a major plus.
  • Technical & Strategic Skills:
  • Strong technical fluency; comfortable with API-level and integration-heavy products.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and translate ambiguous customer problems into structured requirements and roadmap decisions.
  • Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, “raw smartness,” strong customer empathy, and comfort working autonomously across time zones; willing to be customer-facing and to jump into complex conversations with clinical and revenue leaders.
  • Bonus Points:
  • Startup / 0→1/early-stage experience.
  • Deep RCM or autonomous coding competitors (Abridge, Ambience, Suki, Nym, AKASA, Fathom, Adonis, etc.).
  • SF Bay Area presence and/or experience as the first/only PM in a market.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Competitive Salary: $150,000–$200,000+ base (open to discussion based on experience/seniority).  Arintra wants to have a conversation, no matter your expectations
  • Performance Incentives: Approximately 10% variable as part of total OTE, aligned to revenue and product success outcomes.
  • Equity: Included (size and structure TBD; early-stage Series A equity in a rapidly scaling AI healthcare company). arintra.com+1
  • Other Perks: Competitive US benefits package (“usual benefits”: health insurance, standard US PTO/holidays; details confirmed at offer stage).

Interview Process:

  • Initial Product Skills Interview – with Krish (India-based product/engineering leader) to assess core PM skills and technical fluency.
  • Founder/Product Deep Dive – with Nitesh or another senior leader to align on product thinking, domain curiosity, and impact.
  • Product & Customer Lens – with Preeti to dive into discovery approach, customer-facing comfort, and ability to translate needs to roadmap.
  • Whiteboard / Working Session (In Person if Possible) – live prioritization, roadmap thinking, and discovery exercises.
