The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of in-person marketing programs and events that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role will be critical in selecting and executing the right events, building a strong presence, and supporting the sales team with compelling collateral and post-event strategies.
You’ll serve as a strategic partner across marketing and sales, helping elevate brand presence and generate demand through event-based initiatives.
Responsibilities

Own Field Marketing Strategy: Design and manage impactful marketing programs, including trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement campaigns.

Event & Sponsorship Management: Identify and secure sponsorships and speaking opportunities to establish leadership positioning within the industry.

Booth & Brand Experience: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop high-impact booth experiences and brand touchpoints.

Lead Capture & Enablement: Partner with sales to drive lead conversion from event-generated interest.

ROI Measurement: Track event performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution to continually refine field strategies.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Work across product marketing, demand gen, and sales to align messaging and event goals.
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of experience in field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled environments
- Proven success managing trade shows, hosted events, and conferences with tangible pipeline results
- Experience supporting sales enablement with messaging, collateral, and follow-up processes
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to event engagement
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction, safety, or industrial tech is a plus

- Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they complement field programs
- Experience at a Series A or B stage startup
- Relationships with relevant industry associations (e.g., ABC, AGC)
- Exposure to ABM strategies and targeted event campaigns
