This role will be critical in selecting and executing the right events, building a strong presence, and supporting the sales team with compelling collateral and post-event strategies.

You’ll serve as a strategic partner across marketing and sales, helping elevate brand presence and generate demand through event-based initiatives.

  • Booth & Brand Experience: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop high-impact booth experiences and brand touchpoints.
  • Lead Capture & Enablement: Partner with sales to drive lead conversion from event-generated interest.
  • ROI Measurement: Track event performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution to continually refine field strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work across product marketing, demand gen, and sales to align messaging and event goals.

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of experience in field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled environments
  • Proven success managing trade shows, hosted events, and conferences with tangible pipeline results
  • Experience supporting sales enablement with messaging, collateral, and follow-up processes
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to event engagement
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with construction, safety, or industrial tech is a plus

Nice-to-Haves

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they complement field programs
  • Experience at a Series A or B stage startup
  • Relationships with relevant industry associations (e.g., ABC, AGC)
  • Exposure to ABM strategies and targeted event campaigns

What’s Offered

  • Fully remote work setup (Canada-based, with optional in-person collaboration)
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • High-ownership role in shaping the company’s go-to-market presence
  • Opportunity to build and scale brand visibility in a fast-growing vertical
