Who you are
- Charismatic, empathetic and a strong desire to succeed together
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling to business decision-makers
- 3+ years of managing a full sales cycle including your own cold outreach
- Able to self generate own pipeline
- Sold to Mid Market+ sized companies
- Self-confessed sales nerd
- Natural executor of standardised sales process eg MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger
- Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 5% of company)
- Experience consistently closing deals >$20k ACV
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to navigate complex deals and a busy pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify and translate complex ideas to different audiences
- A strong affinity with trumpet's values
- Experience with Linkedin Navigator and other outreach tools
- Be a self-starter who doesn’t rely on constant validation or sign-off - own your pipeline and be bold
Desirable
- Experience selling into sales and/or marketing leaders

- Confident in building out your own personal brand
What the job involves
- As a Founding US Account Executive at trumpet, you’ll be an instrumental player in our growth as we build upon the success we’ve had centralising buyer journeys for companies like HubSpot, Gong and BeyondTrust
- You’ll manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to contract negotiation, deal closure and onboarding
