Role Summary:
You will be Jace AI’s first dedicated US-based B2B Account Executive. This role owns the full sales cycle for warm inbound and activated users, converting them into team rollouts and higher-tier plans. You’ll directly influence revenue growth while building the foundation for how sales operates at Jace long term.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full B2B sales cycle from qualified inbound lead to close
- Convert activated PLG users into team rollouts and paid plans
- Run demos, handle objections, and close high-velocity deals
- Build repeatable sales processes and documentation
- Collaborate closely with founders and growth team to refine GTM motion
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on B2B SaaS closing experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with PLG-to-sales motions or SMB/midmarket SaaS environments preferred.
- Technical & Strategic Skills: Comfort using HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, outbound sequencing, discovery frameworks, and AI productivity tools.
- Soft Skills: Highly driven, self-directed, organized, adaptable, strong communicator, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Bonus Points: Experience at fast-scaling startups or competitive productivity tools
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: flexible based on experience
